Bronze relief (15 feet by 15 feet / 4,57 meters by 4,57 meters) for the newly-constructed headquarters of the Social Service Department, symbolizing the “Family of Man”, based on a statement by cultural anthropologist, Margaret Mead: “The task of each family is also the task of humanity. This is to cherish the living, remember those who have gone before, and prepare for those not yet born.”

Margaret Mead was an American cultural anthropologist, author and well-known public speaker throughout the 1960s and the 1970s.
